Meet Brandon & Denae.

Brandon and Denae Black own Pine River Ranch. They fell in love with the Manistee National Forest area after years of canoe trips with friends. The more time they spent there, the more they wanted to bring their kids and create a place where their family could enjoy the outdoors together. When the 17 acre property became available, they couldn't resist the opportunity.

At first, it was a camping spot and a hub for exploring the area. But after spending so much time there, they wanted the comfort of a home while still being surrounded by the outdoor beauty they loved. That dream became Pine River Ranch.

Now Brandon and Denae are excited to share the property with guests. Their goal is simple — they want families, friends, and outdoor lovers to experience the same peace, adventure, and connection to the area that made them fall in love with it in the first place.
